Diving and scuba diving are great in crystal blue waters and a good hike in a foreign country is always spectacular. Jet skiing and sailing are also available and make for a great afternoon in a tropical climate.

Making a list of your favorite activities can help you decide which vacation opportunity is right for you. Ultimately, cost and timing will factor in but make your desire to have fun the first priority of your trip. If you’re going to dish out two to four thousand dollars on a vacation, make sure you go exactly where you want go.

If you’re planning a trip to the travel in the tropics, why not stay at Club Med? True, Club Med has become a bit of a cliche as far as resort stays but there is a reason for that. It’s because they are simply the best and have had the market cornered on tropic vacations for quite some time. Located in the Bahamas, Club Med does not limit itself to either couple or families, instead serving both and having a variety of activities to entertain all. Here are some of the reasons why a stay at Club Med leaves you little to do but show up and have fun:

Work up a sweat on one of the tennis courts before taking a dip and enjoy a nice evening time sail around sunset.

Have Fun on Vacation But Do Remain Skeptical

A visit to the Pacific Islands or any tropical climate for that matter is a trip of a life time. However, there are dangers to be aware of while on vacation. Not the dangers of forgetting your passport or not bringing enough cash to buy each friend and family member a bottle of run, but the dangers of potential harm, While most people stay on a resort when visiting the tropics, some people prefer instead to see the sites on their own and get a true feel for what life is like on the island. Here are some precautions to take when mingling amongst the native population.

1.) Picture Takers- When tourists visit tropical islands, there are always natives looking to get some of those tourist dollars. One way they do this is to offer to take a picture of you and your significant other in exchange for a tip. This is typically fine, however there have been many reported instances of the picture taker making off with the camera as they pretend to take your photo. Furthermore, if they approach with an accomplice, they could take your belongings that you had temporarily set down in order to pose for the picture. Do not accept the invitation in remote areas where there is no assistance around in the event of a theft.

2.) Be Prepared to be Offered Drugs- Indeed, if you are on a tropical vacation it is more likely than not you will be offered drugs at one point or another. Locals know that you can’t take marijuana or other drugs on the plane with you so they offer to see them to you on the island. It is best not to respond to the offer at all or soundly but politely reject the offer.

Jamaica Offers Great Affordable Resorts

One of the most popular attractions in Jamaica is the Montego Bay Resorts. It offers vacationers all of the greatest experiences of a tropical vacation and if not as expensive as other tropical destinations. Jamaica is also a short flight for decreased travelling time as it can be found just outside Cuba. 2.) Off site activities- It can be dangerous to travel off the resort on your own if you don’t know where you are going. Luckily, the resort arranges trips for you so that you can travel into the city and experience some local culture. Vans run on a set schedules and can take you on a zip line tour where you slide through the jungle attached by cable to a zip line. Also, you can go tubing down a river on an inner tube and get picked up at the bottom to be brought back to the resort.

Perhaps the best thing about your visit to Jamaica will be the food you experience. Jerk pork and chicken is the order of the day everyday and it is delicious. Restaurants on the resort have very people friendly hours and the alcohol is usually flowing. Employees are there to make sure you have a great time so make sure that’s what you are doing!

What to Pack on Your Tropical Vacation

If you plan to travel abroad to a warm weather destination and wait out the winter, there are a few things you’ll need to remember to pack. International travel can be a paid but it’s going tp be impossible without a passport. Make sure you pack it in an accessible place in your suitcase early on in the planning of your trip. While you’re at it, keep all your important documentation together so at n o stage in your trip are you every scrambling around trying to find it. These documents might include your tickets, your hotel reservation information and contact info, your passport as well as your drivers license and other personal documents.

Warm Weather Destinations

There are few vacation spots more beautiful than he Pacific Islands. The islands are broken up into three sets, each offering traditional warm weather activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, and golf. Below are the three sets of islands as well as the main islands that comprise them:

Melanesia-The largest island in the Pacific Ocean is New Guinea, and it is the main island of Melanesia. This is the best known spot in the Pacific Island and attracts thousands of tourists each year looking for a tropical getaway.

Micronesia- Unlike Melanesia which is mostly one large island, Micronesia is comprised of much smaller islands. Guam is the most famous of these islands and attracts many divers and others who are looking to explore clear blue waters.

Polynesia- Polynesia isn’t known for being a big or small island, instead, it is renowned for being many islands. Included in this set of islands is both New Zealand as well as the Hawaiian Islands.

The Pacific Islands are divided into high islands and low islands which is how they are generally best known to tourists. Depending on what you are looking for in your vacation experience, it would be best to explore the individual tourism boards of the islands in order to determine your ideal spot. A vacationer looking for the best snorkeling and diving sports may desire a different spot than the avid golfer.

  • Go to the store and get some items for breakfast or you can bring them with you when you travel. One of the best things that you can bring with you are instant oatmeal packets. They are easy to carry and they are easy to make. Just don’t bring anything fresh vegetables or fruit when you are traveling since it’s against the law.

These are three things that you can do in order to help you save some money when you are eating breakfast in Hawaii. Eating doesn’t have to be expensive when you know what the tricks that you can do for saving money.  Be wise with what you eat and don’t think that your best bet is always a buffet.
